In 2008 Tone Aanderaa start spending several months a year in Belgium. A new studio was needed.

The environment of Jodoigne with the waving landscape, the large fields, the huge farms and barns, the buildings executed in the local white stone and last but not least the Belgian cultural history, food and beers give her new inspiration.

She started also a collaboration between the local artists and artists, member of Harding Puls.

She was invited by Ingrid Siliakus, -- an artist making 3D paper structures, -- to collaborate by giving a fourth dimension to the work of Ingrid.

Tone Aanderaa organised the "Tone Aanderaa encounters ..." exhibition at Utne (03/May/2009-end/Aug/2009) and at Jodoigne (to be defined). It shows the results of the collaboration between Belgian, Dutch and Norvegian artists. More information can be found at the "Belgian - Norwegian Collaboration" menu item.
