Since my childhood I needed to draw and create. Painting and drawing have always been in the centre of my interests, in spite of my scientific studies which led me to other ways."

Laura Frennet studied at the "Academy of Arts", Namur, 1985-87; the "Academy of Arts" (Mr Beckers), Jodoigne, 1987-91; received private lessons from Mr Waegeneer, Namur, 1991-99; followed "Artistic workshops" (Mr Wolfs), Jodoigne, 1991-2003 and the "Senior University" (Mr Sato Tessen), Louvain-la-Neuve, 2003-05
